Barista
As a Barista at The Congregation, you’ll craft high-quality coffee beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll bring a love for coffee, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to each shift. Working closely with our team, you’ll help maintain a welcoming, clean, and efficient café environment for our guests, making every visit memorable. Experience in specialty coffee is a plus, but we welcome anyone passionate about the art of coffee and dedicated to learning!
Bartender
As a Bartender at The Congregation, you’ll be part of our exceptional bar program, crafting cocktails and serving beverages that delight and impress. You’ll bring expertise in mixology, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to customer service. Working in a vibrant, community-focused space, you’ll ensure each drink is prepared to perfection, while creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel right at home.
Short Order Cook
As a Short Order Cook at The Congregation, you’ll prepare and cook a variety of delicious, high-quality menu items quickly and efficiently. While working in a positive and inclusive kitchen environment, you’ll be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items for both regular service and special events. Ideal candidates are team players who can multitask, communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
