NOVA24 Community Meeting

We would love to invite you to the first community meeting discussing NOVA24 | Photo + Film Festival, coming to the Detroit area in July 2024.

The Detroit Photo + Film Community is filled with innovators and creators of magnificent capacity. Each deserve to be highlighted on the international stage. Although there are 170+ international photo + film festivals hosted in major cities all over the world each year, we have not had a large scale vision for a festival of this scale in Detroit yet. 

This puts our lens based community at a disadvantage – one that we are aiming to rectify.

NOVA24 | Photo + Film Festival, coming in July 2024, will be a melting pot of innovative ideas for both the creators and the leaders of the industry, which will result in many future opportunities. International artists, curators, publishers, and more will find ways to collaborate in city spaces and create a launch point for future relationships.

Are you interested in learning more? We hope to see you at our community meeting at The Congregation Detroit on Tuesday, August 1st from 6-8pm. We will be presenting more information about the festival, along with giving the opportunity for discussion and organic connections. (The Congregation is also hosting Taco Tuesday with Tacos Hernandez, which is great!)
