Lower Level Rental

Looking for a semi-private event space?

Rent the lower level of The Congregation for a semi-private style event.  Currently, offering seating for up to 40 people, this space will continue to evolve over the next few months.

This space is well suited for professional meetups, birthday celebrations, art classes and more. We are unable to accommodate wedding ceremonies or receptions in this space.

Please note that this space is only available during our normal business hours unless a full venue rental agreement is confirmed.  No handicap accessibility or air conditioning.

  • Private stage perfect for lectures, discussion panels, or performances
  • Assortment of tables and chairs to fit your size group perfectly. Furnishings can be rearranged based on your groups needs, however, the furnishings cannot be removed from the space.
  • Dimmable lighting throughout
  • Customizable track lighting on small stage area
  • Electrical capability for small scale PA system (PA system not included)
  • Please note, this space does not offer ADA accessibility or air conditioning.

Rental Rate:  $25 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

Events less than 4 hours require a minimum $250 in food and beverage spend in addition to hourly rental fee. Events over 4 hours require an additional food and beverage spend of $100 per hour.

Outside food & beverage allowed with prior approval. Food & beverage must remain in lower level space.

Payment due upon booking. Fee will be deducted from final bill. 20% gratuity automatically included.

Special rates available for non-profit organizations.

Events can only begin 1 hour after posted opening time and must conclude 1 hour prior to posted closing time. See current business hours
