Looking for a semi-private event space?
Rent the lower level of The Congregation for a semi-private style event. Currently, offering seating for up to 40 people, this space will continue to evolve over the next few months.
This space is well suited for professional meetups, birthday celebrations, art classes and more. We are unable to accommodate wedding ceremonies or receptions in this space.
Please note that this space is only available during our normal business hours unless a full venue rental agreement is confirmed. No handicap accessibility or air conditioning.

- Assortment of tables and chairs to fit your size group perfectly. Furnishings can be rearranged based on your groups needs, however, the furnishings cannot be removed from the space.

- Electrical capability for small scale PA system (PA system not included.)

Rental Rates:
$300 (up to 4 hours) + $50 per hour thereafter
Events require a minimum $250 in food and beverage spend in addition to rental fee. Events over 4 hours require an additional food and beverage spend of $100 per hour.
Outside food & beverage allowed with prior approval. Food & beverage must remain in lower level space. No outside alcohol permitted.
Rental fee due upon booking. Food and beverage minimum due upon booking. 20% gratuity automatically included.
Events can only begin 1 hour after posted opening time and must conclude 1 hour prior to posted closing time. See current business hours.
Additional time for load in/out will be billed according to standard rates mentioned above and must be agreed upon during booking. Any additional time beyond what was not previously agreed upon will be billed at $250 per hour.
